2 questions

okay - this might sound gross but - I left a sandwich out overnight - turkey with honeymustard, lettuce, tomato, cucumber - can I still eat this? It was out for about 8 hours - then in the fridge...

Question 2 is -
You know those shirts for women with the built in shelf bra?
Well the work out ones - do you still wear a sports bra underneath that for added support?

Sorry for the weird questions!
TIA for any responses!

If it's specifically a workout top, which tends to have better support, then yep, I skip the sports bra. However, if you're large on top then you might want to use a good sports bra too, cuz the top might not be enough. Better answer: try running with it and see how much your boobs are thrown around!

When in doubt, throw it out!

I find I get enough support with just a regular t-shirt.

Sorry, but I'm going to need video and/or pics of said bouncing before I can make a recommendation.

Why am I not surprised by this?
Not because mcs said it, but because any man would have said the same thing!

I have to buy my sports bras from title 9. I cannot find one besides their 'frog bra' that I can wear that gives me that much support and NO bounce!

I do want to try one that doesn't give me a uniboob. Maybe Santa will bring me one?

ah yes - the uniboob look is awful!
It's so hard to find a good company that makes a very comfortable bra just to hold these things in - for working out or just to wear underneath - and have it look girlie - bleh - I am so envious of women with smaller ones than mine..

I did say the at one point, that the point of a sports bra was so they don't move in unison or independently of one another but just don't move at all. I could hold them back for her but I would get weird looks when people see me cupping them and trying to hold them in so they don't bounce as much during the jazzercise or whatever.
