Well ladies (and some of you dudes with Manboobs)..it's that time of year again to make sure you have your annual/biannual mammogram scheduled..IT IS A NECESSARY step in health management. I CANNOT STRESS THIS enough! Sometimes lumps/breast tissue variations cannot be discovered without mammography and with the new machines out today it is less painful and faster than ever..I had mine today and so far, the girls look fabulous~! Please girls..make your appointments today!

You're right Chrissy, they need not have a man rack to do a self check..should we remind them about prostate exams?? they too are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!

All Men have functional breast tissue. The man boobs are just fat on top of the breast tissue and don't change your risk of breast cancer, so ALL MEN IRRESPECTIVE OF BREAST SIZE HAVE THE SAME RISK OF BREAST CANCER. About 2000 men get invasive breast cancer a year so you should definitely get them checked out irrespective of size of boobies. Now, if you want to do them a favor and check the breast of some women also, you're more then welcome to.
