Kettle bell Work Outs

Anyone here use Kettle bells on a frequent basis at home? What weight do you use and where do you buy them from. Do you need two or is one OK. Do you use any sort of DVD program while doing the workout? I am intrigued after seeing something on TV about them.

I don't use kettles, but I'm a HUGE fan of power blocks.

I have those!! Plus the stand. I've been wanting to get the bar so I can do bench presses. If I had a townhouse I would get the whole gym thing too.

I use them.

I started with a 10 lb. I bought it at Target. came with a dvd showing the basics. There are a few dvds out there, but after you know the basics, you are pretty set to make up what you want to work on.

See that chick. She is my inspiration - I am far from her body(not that far but I will admit I am cushy), but she is 48 years old! She is far from looking 48. And I have time to get there.

I thought I posted this but I guess not. Here we go again:

i heard the bar seemed unsafe. make sure you're comfortable with it before you buy it.

Chrissy do you use one or two? Were they hard to get used to compared to normal weights?

I saw an infomercial on the Weider adjustable powerbell and thought it looked promising. Seems like a great way to combine weight training and cardio and a very efficient way to get in a workout.

Yeah thats the infomercial I saw that got me researching them. Weiders' are way expensive for what you get but I wanted to hear some first hand experiences with them since classes around here run $19.00 a class for an hour.

You only need one. Seriously. Two are for looks and for people who want to be looked at IMO.
