Talking Thanksgiving recipes

Hi,
I'm new to the forum but not to Apex...

Not to take away from the discussion about "leaving the seat up"...but
started to think about Thanksgiving and looking for a fun new recipe
to take to my family get together. Usually I do a "mean" sweet potato casserole but would like something different this year. And I would
love a great recipe for easy, light rolls. Would anyone like to post their favorite recipe and Thanksgiving suggestions for celebrating this year. I would love to hear how everyone is spending the holiday and what everyone is grateful for...

Katy

I don't have any recipes, but i do have an idea of how i hope to spend the holiday. Well, i am finally get a break from college so i will go home and visit my family and then we will go to san diego to a friends house for thanksgiving and go to sea world/zoo/wild animal, some kind of park where ever the kids want to go. You see there aren't as many people in amusement parks on thanksgiving so it is a whole lot more fun. less lines. We will probably have the big dinner at my parent's house the next day. oh i can't wait to have some turkey and stuffing. Now i am hungry. Anyways how are you spending your thanksgiving katy? I just can't wait until thanksgiving break.
