see, i don't like trying to force myself to sleep when i'm not tired, because i've literally tossed and turned in bed for 2 to 3 hours.
but usually, when i do go to bed and i'm tired, it takes me less than 10 minutes, and i'm OUT.

usually anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. if i'm extreamly tired, as in the body doesn't work properly anymore from sleep deprivation, around 5 to 10 minutes.

I'm currently working with some support engineers in London - I love those days where I put in 10 then sleep 4 hours so I can do another 8-10 on a night shift. I started nodding off at the keyboard and I still have another 4 hours to go - and my in-laws show up at 9am for 4 days! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

i realized today what i should major in: procrastinology. yep...i'm the best at it.
 i have a midterm, quiz, and paper due 2morrow. guess what time i started studying? 11pm. i hadda go to dennys (to get away from the distractions of my apt -- mainly the daym computer). 6 hours of being productive though. not bad. now to start on my paper.....  |
