RANT ON:

So my boyfriend has a "group" of friends, you know how that goes. Anyways, so like him & THE GUYS ONLY will go out, but sometimes someone will bring their girlfriend or another girl out with them, unannounced. 99% of the time, no one cares b/c more than one person does it. So, tonite my boyfriend was going to go to the mall with his friend Kris. And, I just got a call from my boyfriend saying that Kris stopped to pick up MY FRIEND Kym.... and keith still didn't ask me to come up.

ANyways, I'm just really pissed off b/c HE NEVER randomly brings me places with his friedns, but all his friends bring people all the time.......

i go do something with my girlfriends when he is doing something with his guy friends. they go out to a girlie bar, we go see some male strippers. i wouldn't care if a girlfriend has to tag along with them. she must be insecure or her bf is a huge wimp.

CamaroBabe, don't take it to heart that he doesn't ask you along. it is very healthy for a relationship to have breathing space sometime. and it doesn't have anything to do with you or your bf's relationship that sometime one of the other guys feels the need to bring his girl along on the guy outtings, it has to do with that guy and his girl.

i don't know. i kinda agree with cb. if it's a common occurance that his friends bring their SO, then you might at least bring it up and say...wtf?

i dunno... when my gf was around.. whenever she goes out.. i go out too... i think its healthier that way.... cause i don't get to see my friends all that much... and if she wants to tag along, i'm always fine with it..

I know for a fact that when chicks are around, some guys tend to be more reserved and do not act as they normally would during a guys'-night-out. Just live with the fact that your guy may need some space every now-and-then and take some of that space yourself as you see fit.

i don't think girls brign their guys out on a Girls Night Out ... then again, i wouldn't want to go cause i wouldn't want my girl to look weak.

i tell my girl how it is and lay down the law before i see her. if my friends are playing poker, i ask her if i can go. if she answers ANYTHING other than "no", then i tell her i plan on going and she can either a) go with me, b) stay at my place while i go out. she tends to go with option b, and gets upset at me cause girls are wierd. i told her i won't lose friends because of a girl and if she doesn't like that she can get rid of me

One of my friends girlfriend gets all pissed when he goes out anywhere without her. Like he can't even come over to my pad to play PS2 for a few hours without her getting all pissed off. He said that it's because she sleeps over at his pad all the time and when he bails she can't sleep there(atleast that what she says I don't know why she can't go to sleep without him

) Anyways in my opinion she's not that hot or smart enough(actually kinda stupid) to warrant all this special treatment. My girl likes to spend the night at my place but she knows sometimes I gotta go hang out with my boys.

That probably doesn't help you out camarobabe I'm sorry. Tell your boyfriend that you think it's jacked up that he doesn't invite you. If he doesn't change go hang out with a bunch of your girlfriends and their boyfriends, then make up some stories how it turned into a strip poker contest. That'll get him to pay attention

I dunno... I usually don't drag my GF along when I go out with my guy friends because to be honest, I don't think she'd enjoy herself. We do a lot of dumb childish things with fits with my personality but not hers. I wouldn't give it too much thought. He probably just thinks that you're too good to be hanging out with them.
