Nervous about a new job.....
So i'm in the middle of a job change. I've been looking around for a quite a while now. My room mate from college his dad's company has an inside sales postion open. I'm open to anything at this point.
I'm nervous about working for his dad and brothers. I might be going in Wednesday for an interview with his dad, two brothers and GM. I'm nervous as all get out. I feel like if I don't hack this i'll embarass myself infront of his family, who i'm kind of close with. Now i'll be a wreck until I get this done, anyone have any suggestions???? I should note...I really want to move to Southern California so I can be closer with my gf. Trying to get jobs down there from up north is hard. I feel like if I take this job I will let her down, and deny myself something that I want. If I get this job with my room mates company I would feel super guilty if I picked up and left to move to LA. Thanks....

The job market nationwide is still struggling. The Los Angeles area is particularly tough though. If you have time to meet with some headhunters up north (take their tests ie: microsoft office etc) that may be a good way to start. They can then contact their colleagues in local offices here in Los Angeles to see if they can get you an interview or at worst, a temporary position.
