I have never heard of drinking water from down there, but I suppose. Anyways, I thought the ice cube trick was when the woman put the cubes in her mouth and went down there on you.
 I had one ex gf put a couple of cubes in her and then we went at it. That wasn't too bad either, but the sheets get soaked with water dripping out. For a really good orgasm I would recommend some other things. Smoking weed can make for good ones.  Otherwise a little yellow stuff (or white stuff would probably be similar) on top of a bowl is good. The best however would be shrooms. Just be careful.
