what goes under

not sure what you are asking, but you put the question in the "softer side" so i'm guessing what goes under boxers is something soft.

cotton boxers all the way! Silk rides up too much.

Never had silk either. I'm happy with my cotton and flannel boxers from Old Navy. I'm too cheap to spend money on them, so I wait till they are either seasonal, or the new styles come out. Then they are like $1.99 each, and you can't go wrong.

Silk is mainly for impressing the opposite sex. Break them out if you are going to get laid.

silk boxers are not fun. Like hapoo said, they ride up too much. I like flannel or tshirt quality cotton. Especially ones with funny prints

I like my silk boxers, they do have a tendancy to ride a bit, but it feels like your nuts are resting on a cloud. I also have a pair of microfiber boxers that are super comfy! As far as cotton boxers go, I like the ones with the big elastic band at the top. But silk rocks!

Going Commando rocks! But you have to be careful of what you're wearing. Shorts can be a bad idea if you know what I mean. Also rough jeans can suck...

Not really, I got a medium and it's roomy. I forgot though it does have a small quantity of spandex in there, but they aren't clingy at all, they hang much like regular boxers. But they're nice. Life brand at Wal-Mart.
