Has anyone tried this service? I'm considering giving this a shot but has anyone tried and had any luck with this?

As a postscript to my experience (thanks for the link, Nija), my subscription expired and I did not renew.
Chickenhawk, if you want more info from a customer of eHarmony's, PM or email me. (Somehow, I think the opinions of people who work for the company may be a bit skewed.) Well, I'm not talking about dating experiences, I'm talking about if you want to know about the inner workings, how the CSRs interact with customers, how billing and stuff like that works. I'm not talking about asking CSRs if they think this eHarmony thing is great.
