when you get upset/mad at someone
do you show your displeasure by getting very quiet or do you get very vocal about it?

usually very quiet. People say my looks speak more words than i ever could
 I have very good glares i guess and when i am angry at someone i usually say less but what i say is much more powerful.

I usually get
- "Whats wrong?" me - "nothing" - "somethings wrong, your too quiet" me - "no i'm not" *fakes a smile* - "ok" then five minutes later: - "damnit, WHATS WRONG!!" at that point i kinda spill everything |

Like a lot of the others here, it depends on whom I am angry with.
The kids get one type of response, coworkers another (sometimes influenced by how much impact they have on my continued employment), family another, etc. etc. The important thing is to keep level-headed through it all. Any real aggression gets taken out on weight machines or a piece of hardware manufactured by the Specialized company. I think it depends on the person. Some people i fire back that hey, that pisses me off... if i think they can take it. Most girls start crying when i get fired up like that. But with girls i've adapted a more passive, hey i'm just gonna not say anything cause i'd rather be a little upset then to have to deal with you being upset when you have no reason to be.

I'm with the depends on who it is crowd. If it is someone who I don't know well and/or don't care about, I either tell them to f#@k off or get revenge. If it is someone who I have to be more careful about, I leave and let myself cool down before I say/do something that I can't make up for later.

Depends on who and where. If I'm at home and it's my family, I'll let loose a barrage of expletives. Not pretty. Otherwise, usually I'll just stew. You have to really really really piss me of to see me blow my top in public.
