Boulevard of Broken Dreams

I walk a lonely road
The only one I that have ever known
Don't know were it goes
But its home to me and I walk alone

I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of broken dreams
Where the city sleeps
And I'm the only one and I walk alone

I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk a...

My shadows the only one that walks beside me
My shallow hearts the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
Till then I walk alone

Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ahhh
Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah Ah-Ah

I'm walking down the line
That divides me somewhere in my mind
On the border line of the edge
And where I walk alone

Read between the lines of what's
Fvcked up and every things all right
Check my vital signs to know I'm still alive
And I walk alone

I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk a...

I have been a Green Day fan before Dookie even came out. My Brother and I went to see them in Berkeley in 1994.

this is the first album I've loved from them. the other albums were good but this one, IMHO, is great.

They're first couple singles were catchy, but overall they don't do much for me. I like my punk rawer and meaner for the most part.

I've not really liked them in the past, but I really like their new stuff.

I think one of the best songs on that album is "Wake me up when September ends". American Idiot is easily their most diverse album, and some of the songs actually run longer than three minutes!

Overall, it's good stuff. It's been in my CD rotation lately.
