When kids laugh

Am I the only one that loves the laughter from kids...that *real* laughter?

My son is at work with me today and to keep him from going mad he’s been playing flash games online at www.addictinggames.com and as a break from that he is now watching Are We There Yet? on my laptop.

Every other noise outta him is, “Ohhh!” Or, “Doooh!” Or, “Yuuuuck!” All of these are between fits of giggles.

Those really good kid kinda giggles that just make me weak.

I love kid laughter.

I LOVE to hear Josh's real, gut-wrenching laughter. Makes my heart beat a little faster and sometimes it makes me cry. Such a beautiful sound.

I always thought that when you heard a child laugh, something really bad had just happened.

It probalby has but they're so friggin cute that at that moment you don't care.

I think of kids laughter as honesty. It's an honest emotion reaction. They don't censor it, they don't fake it, they don't hide behind it... that's hard to get/trust in adults.

Yah, a kid will laugh so naturally. No fade in/fade out. No, heh heh at the end of it.

Just a hearty laugh, then nothing. It's beautiful.

Every time a kid laughs an angel gets it's slippers or something like that...
