Did you ever Google your G/A name?

Wow, it's amazing the number of links if you have been a long time member.

    14,900 for me.

5th one down the list is my G|A profile -- and on the main page there's some I haven't visited in YEARS (Matrix Orbital? I don't even remember what that is -- Digitally Imported? Haven't been to the site in about 3 years).

...of course those were profile pages, so I guess it makes sense.

    Just Google your real name.

My local newspaper did a story on that called "Ego Searching" and included me in the story. I had Googled my name and found a few online sweepstakes I had won but didn't know about.

Another person Googled their name and found a long lost brother. Another found her Father, not having been in contact with hi for more than 20 years.

    1830 for my screen name
1,850,000 for my birth name... and none of them (at least in the first several pages) are actually about me.

Hmm... 9,620 for me. But keep in mind that this is my real name.

You used to be able to see my Xanga or Geocities account on the first page of searches. Now there's some musician I've never heard of otherwise, and a young Chinese actor it seems.

You see my G|A page on the second page of searches, but still nothing after that.

my maiden name is absolutely unique to my family... don't think there are any left in europe where the name originated, so everyone with that last name stems from the same 1890's immigrants to the US. so i located a few semi-lost relatives that way

my married name, i seem to share with a dozen or so extremely talented high school athletes last i checked, none of those links belonged to me.

and my g|a name... yep. it's out there. and it's all mine!

Sigh, now everybody knows my deepest desire, to be a professional wrestler.

I took LegendKiller from a book, have been using it since AOL days in 94. Way before that dude did his first suplex (sp?).

Even if you google LegendKiller + GotApex you find references to a smaller review that I did (SuperDigiBin). That one is everywhere!
