Where to get a Playstation 2?

I want to get a Playstation 2 when it comes out at the end of October. What places do you know of that don't accept preorders, where I could wait in line? I live in Southern California...

I have good news and not good news.

First, the bad news. Give it up.. EVERY place sells pre-orders, and they're all out. You're best bet is to find someone with a pre-order and buy it off of them.

The good news. Hey, you live near me, I'm in San Diego. =)

I heard that Target and Wall-Mart don't accept preorders. Is that true?

Try calling. I'd be interested to find out...

Well, I called Wal-mart to see If they do(even though I am not going to buy a PS2). They said no, No preorders. So that would be your best bet for a PS2 If you have'nt got a preorder.
