Diablo 2 Help

I'm at the end of act 3 with a paladin, and I can't beat this special minion who keeps teleporting and restoring his own health once I bring him down to near death. I've been stuck on this guy for about a month. I've tried nearly everything, but it seems impossible. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had this problem on nightmare and hell difficulty. Stupid mini-bosses teleport and gain back their hp's. Very annoying. I resolved this by using as many minions as possible w/ my necro and tossing tons of bone spirits at it. For my barb, I used Leap Attack like crazy since I pumped the most points into it.

Since you're a pali, you may want to try using the freezing aura if you have it so he can't teleport as quickly. Also, switch your inventory to reflect higher damage rather than resistances, etc. Oh yeah, this is assuming that he's the only monster you have to deal with. If all else fails, jump online and have someone help you nail his butt. The main key is to be relentless w/ your attacks and to max out on the damage you dish out. Hold down the mouse button and don't let go.. =)

what level is your Paladin?..
perhaps you should level up a bit more first..
but Holy Freeze does work really well on any monsters who
teleport... or the Holy Fire Aura works well too.. just have to invest lots of skills points into those skills...

I've already maxed out my Holy Fire... and it's works wonders in large swarms of monsters and also monsters who teleports...cuz they can teleport far enough outta my area of damage.... hehehe
