I have a very weird thing going on with my computer. A file (Win386.swp) keeps appearing on my computer and increasing in size. In the time it has taken to check and then post this thread, it has grown 4 megs. When I try and delete it, just to see what happens, I get a warning message that tells me that the file is in use and cannot be deleted. Any help?

Well, do you have another suggetion for when that file increases to over 1 gigabyte and you are only running on a 2 gig partition?

you can set the size (min, max) of your swap file. Go to control panel -> System -> Performance Tab -> click on Virtual Memory
Here you can change the settings.

don't listen to them ladogaboy!
Win386.swp is a file put on your computer by the devil! Get rid of that file whenever it shows up on your harddrive!! if you don't, the devil will posses your computer!!!
