    Greetings,

On May 10, 2000 I purchased a NW Bell 2.4GHz Cordless Phone from
    Vstore.com. On May 24th I submitted to Vstore.com a certificate
requesting a $20 mail in Rebate. The rebate was to have been sent to me
with in 12 weeks ( end of August ).
I still have not received the rebate and a letter sent to the company in
    September was not acknowledged.
I would ask that an initial investigation be opened on this company and
if the facts warrant it a criminal case.

Got my $20 check today (11/4)
    Guess they liked my letter

Now I have to battle e*Trade for my $100 BUY.COM gift certificate which has not arrived in 15 weeks.

If you are having a problem with a refund I would like to suggest to look at this site - all the info and mailing addresses are there making it very easy to file a complaint with both state and federal agency investigators.

The LAST thing these companies want is someone breathing down their neck with a possible fraud charge.

    Contact # for rebate status

Did anyone ever get a phone # to call about the rebate? I'd like to avoid having to write 3 or 4 letters if I can call and nudge them a bit.
