WTB CASE/MOBO/CPU/RAM

Alrighty, I totally killed the previous message so as to be more specific about what I'm looking for:
Mobo: ATX form factor, anything that supports both PII's and PIII's is a definite plusOnboard sound/video,modem will work. Scrap Xeons hehe. Basically I'm looking for anything that can be upgraded a little further if needed in the future.

Spending ceiling is 45 dollars shipped.

Cpu:
PII or PIII... what else can I say. None of these missing faceplates please.

Spending ceiling here is 60 dollars shipped.

Ram:
pc100 preferred 64 meg modules are the smallest I'l take

leavin' the ceiling open on this one

Case:

ATX form factor, atleast 250 watts of ps. Nuttin' else.

Now come on I know you guys need some money. I need to build a server lets help each other out.

This is GREAT ram.

i have 2 sticks 128mb ea. of pc 100 ram. i think they're both generic though. for 150.00 shipped. one might be micron.
Also, that price is for both sticks. so that's 150.00 obo for both sticks of ram (256)mb
