If I had unlimited funds I'd buy the Muskin for sure. But I have two 128mb Crucial Cas 2 and runs my P3 700 at 140 mhz FSB for a sweet 980mhz. Price point with the 15% off their web price was too hard to pass up.

I would go with Mushkin. All the memory you listed is good tuando. I use both Mushkin and Micron memory and they both work great in the systems i have them in.

I've been using several different name brands, such as KingMax, Mushkin and Kingston. Though Mushkin is a bit pricy, I think it's worth it. It's not like I'll upgrade my memory every year.

Many thanks to all of you who reply to my posting "Which RAM will you pick, Corsair, Micron/Crucial, Mushkin...".
It turns out that Mushkins wins the vote, 26 votes (24 REV2 222 and 2 PC150 HSDRAM 232) against 15 Crucial and 3 Corsair respectively (8 forums, 44 answers).

Which one will win your vote in this case 256MB Mushkin High Perf REV2 PC133 222 (Single Module) or 2Pack PC150 128mb Enhanced HSDRAM 232,

Thanks in advance for your time and comments.

The prices are almost the same. I believe the PC150 128mb Enhanced HSDRAM 232 does 222 at 133Mhz. If your going to run a cpu at 150Mhz speed definitely get the 150Mhz memory.
