    The Year 2000 Randy McNally Atlas Millenium Edition may only be available to residents of North Carolina and Georgia.

    I filled out the info, and asked for info on life insurance.. They may not be able to sell car insurance (which is the whole reason there) to you, they may send you the atlas anyway.. I asked for a quote for life insurance. I dont think that is restricted to those states. Might be - but it was worth a shot!
