anyone know the best way to sell a car?

I was just wondering if anyone knew the best way to sell a car is? I've never had to sell a car before...and my previous post had info on a 1989 GMC Jimmy that we're trying to sell...any help is greatly appreciated.

post it in the local papers and the bargain news and even try your luck with eBay

i'd just use local news papers and autotrader.com.

see if craigslist.org has a bbs that covers your area. they have expanded the site to include alot of areas now. i have sold 2 cars through them, the last one, a honda crx, i sold to the first person to respond to the ad. it was the easiest sale i've ever made. plus it is free to post, you'll end up paying somewhere around 20-30 bucks to place your car in a paper
