ATI All in wonder and Win2K

Has anyone tried running the ati radeon all in wonder 32 ddr in win2k. all the graphics acceleration seem to be working fine, but the tv tuner is giving me problems. it works fine until i want to quit the program. if i watch it for more than a few min, when i quit the program, the whole program freezes up on me and the sound keeps going. if i close it through the task manager it gives me the blue screen of death and turns off before i have a chance to read it. i have the 4x AGP version. i like using it in win2k because for some reason i cant record or take stills in win98se. has anyone else experienced this? any help would be appreciated. thanks
