Anyone knows why Nikon digital cameras (namely the CoolPix 950 and the other 'previous generation' camera they have rebates for) are so expensive? Compared to, say, the Canon S10, S20, S100? Or the Ricoh DRC7, which looks muchos neatos.
I've read reviews saying that Nikon lenses are good, but does that really justify their pricing vs cameras of similar specs...? Or am I just totally off base here?
