    • Here are the two rebates. Both expire 6/30/06:

Thumbs down Scammed out of both rebates. DO NOT BUY.

I got one of these last month. OnRebate denied my rebate due to "No serial number label included in Rebate Submission" or something to that effect. That is a flat out lie, I included the serial number and everything else they asked for and have copies to prove it. That was the $90 rebate. My $20 rebate was denied due to "No ship date included on proof of purchase" Not unly did the requirments NOT say that your Proof of Purchase must display a Ship Date, but the invoices PCConnection lets you print off their website have no ship date on them. Nice scam.
I returned the monitor to PCConnection and got a refund. The monitor is not worth $240. I strongly recommend you not waste your time on this one. This is the last rebate I'll ever participate in.

i bought one of these monitors also--sent in ALL required info on 10/10/2006 so i will see if it works out. i photocopied everything and also got a certificate of mailing from post office so i am just waiting for them to say someting wrong!anyone has personal experience on this one, let me know. also,if proof of purchase was printed out from their site, that sounds like proof of purchase. mine did not have ship date either but i did not see that as a requirement

well XR7, you might be right, i got e-mail today,11/05/06, denying my rebate due to incorrect UPC. it was original UPC off box and had same numbers as on rebate submission form except form had a 8 in front of number and a 9 after number. IT IS TIME TO DO BATTLE!maybe FTC needs to start getting some serious complaints and do some investigation into fraudulent rebate offers!! http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/menu-internet.htm
