Got Apex? Deals Newsletter - Call for (Beta) Testers Ending!

Things are looking pretty good here with all of the testing we've done so we're about
to call this one a done. We'll be ending the beta test at the end of this
week (7/14/06) so if you'd like to sign up and be considered for the magazine
gift certificates ($10 each), please sign up today. We've followed all of the CAN-SPAM
Act issues as well as what the merchants have required - all the while keeping you, our
readers, as our top priority in protecting. Here are the details:

• NO personal information other than your email address is collected or asked
  for.


• This newsletter is managed completely IN HOUSE within the Got Apex family
  and not through an agency. We will NOT be selling the list so please put a
  legitimate email address.


• Only 1 email will be sent per day for the initial couple of weeks and will
  be sent at various times throughout the day to test and track.


• Different options will be available after the initial couple of weeks if
  no serious hiccups are encountered.


• The newsletter will have certain deals that may not be available on the
  front page thanks to the CAN-SPAM Act (in a different sort of way, some offers
  are email only)


• Should a hot deal that we believe you absolutely cannot miss come up, another
  email will be sent via the newsletter. These will be extremely limited "in
  time or supplies" type deals where everyone here at Got Apex gets in on it
  and buys at least 30. This, obviously will be a fairly rare occurence... and
  is the ONLY exception to the rule of 1 email per day.
