Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you'll be a mile from them, and you'll have their shoes.

well, theres always the stiff shot.drink option, but its not the best one.
luckily, those days happen to be days when i can play basketball of volleyball, and that helps. nothing like beating someone in a sport to feel good. that and music, lots of music

Each religion has got their own way of making you feel like a victim. The Christians say 'you are a sinner', and you better just zip up your trousers and give the money to the pope and we'll give you a room up in the hotel in the sky.

Go to the gym and workout hard. It's difficult for me to stay upset/stressed through a hard hour long workout.

-take a long hot bubble bath
-drink a couple of icy cold beers
-talk it out with my best friend

Certain types of music do the trick. I prefer to close the office door, turn things up (a bit), lean back in the chair, close my eyes and relax...
A bath, and then curling up in bed with the remote, and doing nothing.
Have a groovy day!
I recommend a dart board also in addition to everyone else said.
I read to relax.
When I'm extra stressed I ask/tell my son (he's 10) to let me just breathe for 10 minutes. I then stretch out on my bed (on my back) and I close my eyes and think of nothing. Just relax.
But for the most part, when I'm just a little stressed I read.
