I'm using SBC DSL at home. I can not send any email unless I change the SMTP server to mail.sbcglobal.net I only have this problem when I am at home. Any clues?

Do you have a Helio? If so, visit heliofriends.com
....ummm, because that's your sending mail server, maybe?
Or do you mean you have other (non-SBC) POP accounts that won't send?

Maybe they're blocknig them for some reason? Seems silly, but that's SBC for ya. I'd suggest giving them a call.
