This is what the rules said:
104.3 KBIG reserves the right to have all members' accumulated credits to expire on 9/15/06. At that time all account credit balances will be reset to 0. If 104.3 KBIG exercises this right, all members will be notified a minimum of two months prior in order to give them time to use their credits.
They need to give at least two months notice.
