You can sign up, but it won't do you much good, because the vast majority of prizes [even the picayune "free $2 taco" type] must be picked up at the station offices in Burbank, making the whole benefit marginal for someone who lives more than 5 miles from Olive Ave & the 134 fwy, since gas money and risking your life in the absurd traffic getting there rapidly exceeds the value of the prizes offered [let alone the near impossibility of winning those prizes, with the huge numbers of listeners competing with you.]
