I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher last March and the tiny little plastic thing that holds the soap dispenser latch closed until needed broke. It's tiny part and can't cost more than $.40 to make. BUT to replace it you have to remove the entire door panel and jack around inside. The minimum cost for having the dude come out is $60. The 1-year Whirlpool warranty ended in March and I checked and Citi won't cover it because it is something that was intended to be built into the home. Crap.
