Got Apex issues?

Last night i couldn't really get onto GA. maybe cause i got too political in the off topic but it seemed to be a complete lockout.

Then this mornign i'm posting and instead of showing my avatar
it is simply a link to my avatar as well as other peoples...

Anyone know whats going on?

Servers had a hiccup around 4:30pm PST and didn't come back up till a couple hours later, but still had image issues. If I'm not mistaken, the image server is separate from the forums server so that's why there were inconsistencies. For future reference, the next time the forums go down please spam Jenny on AIM and tell her she broke them

About 1/2 of the avatars have become red "X"s for me ever since the re-design. Doesn't even faze me anymore. (Both Ray and Maarchk have red Xs for me right now...)

When I'm at work, certain avatars (such as the ones you mentioned) and G|A smilies (such as cheers

) don't show up. Others do. It's strange.

Yeah half of the avatars are links. Not a huge deal. But the boards as a whole have been wonky since the "upgrade". Why is it that as soon as every sweet hack is installed and everything is stable, there's an upgrade that manages to **** everything up? I know some of it must be security, but I blame the shoddy webmaster

Done and done. She's been added to my aim and it will auto IM her if the 30 second ping to gotapex.com fails... every 30 seconds until its working again.

Hmm and we appear to be the grand losers Ray. You and I are the only two in this whole thread that have links instead of avatars... I guess Gambit is gonna have to get the boot.

If only I had AIM -- I just had to report a post (hardware thread -- in case Jenny or another GAM doesn't get the note I sent them by reporting a post).
