I see your point but I'd rather see someone actually GET something they want for a change.Originally Posted by loki99

but to amass prizes for trades that only have a small chance of happening is just depriving someone else of a prize.
and I'm curious to see whether someone has traded a prize bought at 10,000 Pts. for a prize bought for 100,000 pts. usually these pt. values have some thought behind it and their value roughly reflects their pt. total.
obviously people are free to do whatever they want and if they want to keep buying prizes just because they can, independent of whether they want the prize or not, no one's stopping 'em.
have you ever entered a raffle with other people who really, really wanted a prize?? then when they announce the winner, it turns out it someone's who's not even excited to win, doesn't really care. and everyone who's holding their ticket just kind of groans.
It's hard to be happy for that person.

I think the trading post becomes especially useful at a time like this when people have beau coup points and are in danger of losing them, so they're anxious to spend on something. If you hear that someone on the thread really wants a particular prize, and you happen to see it available, even though you don't want it, maybe you'll get it for the other person in the hopes that they'll have something to trade. For example, Dazzling wants those Flushed movie tickets from KBIG. If I see them come up, I'll get them for her, and maybe she'll have something to trade.
If we get really creative, we can even get three-way trades going. LOL![]()
Shrek: NO. Layers. Onions have layers. Ogres have layers. Onions have layers. You get it? We both have layers.
Donkey: Oh, you both have layers. Oh. You know, not everybody like onions.
alright y'all. good thoughts
keep sharing the codes, sharing the wealth and sharing the love.
lastly: make it known which prizes you are eye-ing so people can determine trade value.
slowjam out!

Hi all,
I have 2 individual one-day admission tickets for Wild Rivers Waterpark in Orange County I would like to trade. These tickets (voucher) are good for the 2007 season (May 26th through September 30, 2007). The estimated value of the tickets are $57.96. I did not win these on the radio station sites but at a Harvest Festival at the local elementary school.
PM me if interested.
Thanks!

Is anyone looking for tickets to the KIIS FM Jingle Ball this Thursday, 12/7/06 at the Honda Center (formerly Arrowhead Pond of Anahem)?
I was going to bring my nieces, but something came up and we had to cancel. I have one pair and one single ticket avaible, and I'm willing to sell them separately. I'm asking face value (what I paid), and not a penny more.
The tickets I have are:
Floor Section 105, Row 1 - FRONT ROW FLOOR! (1 ticket)
Price = $93
Section 433, Row H - RIGHT ABOVE THE STAGE (2 tickets)
Price = $138
Let me know if you're interested, [email protected]
Thanks!![]()
