Thread: Expressautoparts.com is major suckage with no customer service

    I ordered a part through these guys and it never showed after alomst two weeks so I e-mailed them..and e-mailed them...and e-mailed them. Then I called them and left a message....and called again to leave another message...and called again to leave another message. They never called or wrote back! I then contacted someone one their live chat board and explained the problem. They said that they e-mailed me two days after I bought the part to tell me they didn't have the part. I never received this e-mail. They said they were waiting to hear back from me as to if I wanted to substitute another part for the one they were out of. I said well, I wrote many times and called many times to find out what the hell was going on and no one returned my calls/e-mails and basically said, "you suck". They are now mailing me a substitute part and are not discounting it or having it shipped overnight or 2nd day air or anything.

    Thought you all should be aware that it looked like a deal because they were pretty cheap but now it is not a deal really..they suck.

    Anyone else have a problem with them?

    sorry about your problems man... I suggest that in the future you buy through carparts.com - I've bought both a clutch kit and new timing belt and other belts, on two different occasions, and they've never given me a problem. They have some good cupons too.
