Bought a maxtor HD from staples.com, decide to return it (unopened) and after arguing with the assbrain at the counter for 20 minutes about the Staples.com return policy (says you CAN return ANY staples.com purchase to the store!) the manager comes up, approves the retun... and guess what? the computer gives a totally erroneous error which they interpret as an invalid return and tell me that I have to call the website for a return. BAH!!!
