Worth a try based on how easy it was to get Star prizes last week - but if this one does not deliver with good prizes on the date is says it will, I will stop participating right away based on how I totally got burned with their last program. Just read the rules - points don't expire with this program (or the other 3 programs). Maybe they are getting smart, or responding to our complaints? Or just someone new running the programs? Time will tell.

the way kgb was, I could NEVER buy anything with my points.

compared to last year.. this is far better..(I mean auctions). I have fair chances of winning something now. If the gift cards were in tradein section, I dont think, many people will ever have a chance, to even refresh the page on the time of buying. Something is better than nothing (comparing my chances in raffle, like kyxy. Most of the good stuffs are in sweepstakes)
yes-I agree!!!! With auctions, at least you have a CHANCE!!!! as long as you have the points. But with the "trade in " section-you just can't do it.

The results are in from my request.
Although there was more than one auction winner, there were less than a half dozen who reported to me that they had one. I leave it up to you to decide whether that means your odds are good.
I will be boycotting this and all ClearChannel programs until they make their program based on their radio station rather than based on how they can make their program so difficult to user that nobody wants to try for very long (which includes threats terminating accounts for sharing information about their advertisers!!!)

Well, I guess everyone's still in for the abuse.
I got all my points in last week, didn't get the auctions I tried for, and decided that it was time to cut my losses.
Have fun/good luck. I guess my 95K points will just sit idle for the next few months.
I'm not sure why all the fuss---Were you EVER able to get any of the "trade-ins" from the other stations?- I would wait and wait and would be unable to get the "1" item that would go up!!!
I am very upset that I lost all my points at the end of the year with KGB tho.
That's exactly the fuss...if we all keep playing, they assume that the program is just fine and we're happy with the rules and gameplay. I personally don't think that they prizes they offer are worth all the aggrevation involved, but it appears that others don't care. I'll keep my sanity and move on to programs that offer my a better overall experience than tedious data entry, threats of canceling accounts, and prizes that are just not very attainable.
wow - you have 95,000 points in your account and you could not win an auction when they gave away over 100 prizes last week and none of them were for over 95,000 points.
sounds like a personal problem to me -
The problem comes when you split the points between auctions then forget to go bid on stuff after you get the points back.

I'm one of the few that actually won something. I won on the online contests where you click to put your name into a drawing. I won a 4GB IPOD Nano from Clear Channel. So don't give up. Keep trying and maybe you'll win on the online contests. I've never won in any of the auctions or trade ins (not enough points or got the "sold out" message). So annoying! Once in awhile I'll get movie tickets, but nothing big yet.
