Maybe they are trying to differentiate the programs between all the Clear Channel stations. Case in point...the changes underway for the 93.3 program.
One could only hope that they would improve the kgb program - it really sucks. Waiting to see if the prizes will live up to what they say they will be with this program. I remember kyxy when it first started was the best points program ever but it has gone way downhill in the last year. I don't even participate anymore. Come January the prizes better be there for all of the additional steps you have to do for freeloaders. I have a good feeling based on who is running it but only time will tell.
Is Mary involved in all of their programs or just freeloaders?
If this program is not awesome, I'll be pissed that I spent all this wasted time enterting points with no payoff.
As for Mary, I don't know what department she's in and whether she's dedicated to one program or multiple. Anyone else know?

However, that could be considered risky to us. If they decide to plant a fake word in their system and you guess that one and post it, then they might just terminate our accounts. In the case of KYXY, I think their rules specifically disallow guessing. Not sure about this program.
So feel free to post your guesses, but please post them as guesses that worked. Then we can decide whether it's worth the risk or whether we should wait for the confirmation.
(FYI...I used to try to guess the morning codes for Fox6, but over the years it's gotten a lot harder to guess as they went for more complex words or word combinations. You may find your guesses getting tougher in the future.)

Yes-someone needs to read the rules-I'm at work and "streaming audio" pages are not allowed.
It all boils down to "is guessing allowed" because IF they planted a "poison guess word" and guessing WAS allowed-who ever entered MARK71MARK's post could say they too were guessing.
If guessing is NOT allowed-then they would be screwed.

The program rules for 94.1 are nearly verbatim to the KYXY rules, except 94.1 does NOT include the Performing Required Tasks rule (which specifically prohibits guessing).
However, they could probably justify any account termination decision with the generic "Star 94.1 shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse or violation of the ... rules and any decision made relating to an adjustment of points or termination of membership shall be final and binding." If one happens to disagree with that decision, your only recourse would be "withdrawal from the Star 94.1 (KMYI-FM) FREEloaders Program."
