That is huge. Good news for Discovery, but question: what's up with his doping questions with the Spanish doctor?

Apparently the Italian and Spanish cycling federations dropped charges last week against riders implicated in the lab raids in Spain shortly before this year's Tour de France- allowing them to ride again. The Union Cycliste International- the international cycling body- says the cases are not closed and that they are continuing their own investigation. The riders could still face suspensions in the future. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news.php?..._cases_shelved
I was surprised that Discovery let Paolo Salvodelli go at the end of the season along with ten other riders. He is also one of the top young riders and has won two Giro d'Italia titles. Basso has also won the Giro.
