  • NO personal information other than your email address is collected or
    asked for.

  • This newsletter is managed completely IN HOUSE within the Got Apex family
    and not through an agency. We will NOT be selling the list so please put
    a legitimate email address.

  • The newsletter will have certain deals that may not be available on the
    front page thanks to the CAN-SPAM Act (in a different sort of way, some
    offers are email only)

  • Should a hot deal that we believe you absolutely cannot miss come up,
    another email will be sent via the newsletter. These will be extremely limited
    "in time or supplies" type deals where everyone here at Got Apex gets in
    on it and buys at least 30. This, obviously will be a fairly rare occurence...
    and is the ONLY exception to the rule of 1 email per day.
