well, I ordered a 128mb Dimm, and a 24port Switch from the on Sat. The site said they had one switch left in stock, on sale for $139.
Well, Monday night I get a message saying that the switch was really out of stock, and I could cancel the order (if I wanted to) by replying to the email.
I figure since the ram dropped from $51 to $47 over the weekend, I would go ahead an cancel the entire order and re-order at the lower price, w/o the Switch. (note that it's still listed in the site though)
well, I replied to them email by hitting the reply button. This morning I get a message from yahoo saying it bounced. I checked the address and the reply address was set to [email protected] WTF. At the same time, I get a message from accessmicro saying the ram has been shipped.
I have a feeling I won't be buying anything from them again.

Thanks for the info Apex, but I would hate to bother her if all I'm doing is B*ing and complaining.
Is there something in particular I should address, such as seeing if they'll send me another switch for the advertised sale price, or should I simply inform her of the little e-mail address problem, and ask her if there is anything she can do...?
Thanks for the help!

Hm..
Am I the only one of us that has had nothing but good luck with AccessMicro? Maybe I'm just lucky, but all my dealings have been fast and fairly inexpensive.
