Does anyone know of a freeware program that acts as a screensaver and disables the system keys to prevent rebooting to pop out of the screensaver?

even if they did, all you'd have to do is unplug the computer and then do a fresh boot.

Why don't you set up a BIOS password so that even if they do restart the computer they can't get in? Or get NT or Windows 2000 if you're really concerned about security.
