    Do You go to Weather.com?

Have you noticed their local maps?

Man, do I ever hate them. Plus the moving maps are slow to activate.

    Bring back the old style.

    All the time.

The new maps ROCK. Much better than the old maps (which, btw, you can still access...look for "Classic Maps").

The lag time shouldn't be that bad if you're on a high speed connection. If not, then yeah...I can see where it would be a pain.

With the new style, I can nearly zoom in street level to see radar and what's going on around my house. Definitely an improvement IMO.

Me too but I can't describe why I prefer the site. It somehow just seems less pretentious.

I have DSL and it takes a minute or two to activate.

Why would you want to see the weather on your street? I have noticed that it will say it's sleeting in my zip code and it will just be cloudy. So their present state of the weather is not that accurate.

    Thanks..I will look for Classic.
