I'll just have to stick my head in here and say that this is the BEST phone I have ever used, period. It has so many features and is just so well made and well designed. It pulls out a whole keg o' whoop as on my lame old Nokia 6190.. The reception/voice quality is great too..

This phone is used with Sprint Service. I have used AT&T, MCI, GSM...and by far, sprint's sound quality is the best.

The samsung 8500 and sprint service works great in NYC.
