but what do the yellow pods do? are those energy?
from what i can tell, one is for ship speed, one is for shooting speed, and one is for shields

Yeah...the yellow makes you shoot faster
The green makes you move faster
The red is for life
The black with the spinning is for invincibility
The black with the diamond flashing out is a smart bomb. If you shoot it, it kills people.

oh man, the boss for lvl 3 is pretty tough. So hard to see, especially on a LCD screen...
