what a delima

Okay so most of you already know that i run a business that consists of holding poker tournaments in bars......

well today something came to my attention that really sucks

one of our regular players was at the game today and got intoa conversation with the others at his table about age

well turns out he is only 17 < looks much older>

eitehr way by law you ahve to be at least 18 to play

so tomorrow i have to tell him that he is no longer allowed to play until hes 18


heres the kicker
his dad owns a few bars <including the one we were playing in> and makes up about 40 % of my clientel

i just cannot bring my self to allow this one person to play and risk everyting
<huge fines if caught>

so now i have to tell a man who i am doing business with that his kid cannot play in his own bar

what a pain in the patute!!!!
guess not so much of a delema as just sucky

and if that guy can't understand why his underage son can't play, i don't think you should do business with that guy...

yea, i dont think your gonna have a problem. Even if the owner is pissed at you, youre still bringing him clientel as well.

Tell him he runs the risk of his liquor license being revoked as well with his son there...

But honestly, if the guy is a reputable businessman, he'll understand the rules and not penalize you for following them.
