$20 GC from Cox@Home

I not sure if anyone received this, but I received a $20 Amazon GC from a company call Mathlogic on behalf of Cox@Home. It's says the $20 is for putting up with their on-again off-again email service. Does anyone know anything further about this?

I recieved one also. Cox was having mail problems in San Diego for a few months after moving some servers. It a consolation gift.

I have been having problems with my e-mail, constantly for the last few weeks, including lost e-mails I sent home from work.

Oh man...I've been having the same E-mail problems and it appears (so far) that they have ignored my area. (Santa Barbara) It was on and off for about 1 month!

does any know whether or not they're sending one to every @home email address or only to the primary account email address (Cox gives you 3 email accounts per setup, however, i never setup the other 2 accounts). Also in San Diego and been getting crappy email service.

Looks like their only sending it them to primary accounts. I have 3 accounts and I only got one.
