I got my order comformation, how (if they do) will neiman marcus get out of giving me my sub and if they don't deliver can you file a lawsuit?

I'm sure on their website tehy have disclaimer that will release them from it all. It'll say something like "prices subject to change without notice, orders can be canceled at NM's discretion...." Basically, we can't do shit. But hey, this is kinda fun until they say otherwise. I have a feeling that we won't hear jack from them.

Sorry, but I had to bring this topic back up. At first I thought this was a joke, but they really are selling a submarine (estimated value is $20 million). Apparently the sub was in their Christmas catalog.
