Talking honestly, i'm not a pimp..

    hey michael,

check out speakeasy.net. i'm using them for DSL 604/128 ($52.01/month with 2 static IPs). i've found them to be a very agreeable company, even though the price isn't the lowest. their headquarters is in seattle, i believe (i have no idea where you are in relation though!).

for more ideas, check out http://www.dslreports.com. there're a ton of reviews of ISPs by users. it's a great resource, you should find what you're looking for there.

thanks for the reply and the tip to dslreports.com it's a great resource. i was looking into DSL northpoint as i got a lot of good comments about them. they charge $59 regardless of speed up to 718k SDSL. good stuff. but for your price of about $52 plus 2 static ips from speakeasy.. i'm definately going to check into them right now. i'm in southgate of bellevue, sorta near factoria. all i heard from people in my area is to stay away from qwest as a telco... hehe.. thanks again.
