forgot to add A cell to the Do Not Call List

the last 4 days we been getting a call from a tele marketer
only only the one cell phone . that i forgot to add to the DO NOT CALL LIST.
i have told them 3 times now to put me on there do not call list .
today i called my carrier right after i hung up with them .and as it turns out she /they were not able to block this callers phone from coming in .
i also went to the National Do Not Call Registery web site . to find out about putting a complaint in about this company .
that was little help . seeing you have the no. register for 31 . to file a complaint . looks like to be just becouse you tell a company to put you on there do not call list . they can keep calling you till you file your no .on the national do not call registry .and its been there for 31 days .then if they are still calling you can file a formal complaint
JUST A BIT OF ADVICE -- GET A NEW PHONE AND NO. REGISTER THE NO .RIGHT AWAY ON THE --- DO NOT CALL REGISTRY -----

"The Truth about Cell Phones and the Do Not Call Registry"

According to this webpage, most telemarketer companies aren't even allowed to call cell phones. I have gotten a few calls on mine, but every time I just tell them it is a cell phone and they immediately hang up and never call back.

Yep, they arent allowed to call cells. You just need to identify it as your cell phone to them and they are supposed to stop. The reason is that it cost you money for minutes unlike incoming calls on your home phone, so they are much less foregiving.
Welcome my son, welcome to the machine...Where have you been? It's alright we know where you've been....

it can end up working 2 ways if its a shady . well most telemarketers companys are a bit of a shady . ( the way i see them anyway )but if its a really shady company. im sure they make sure they sell the no.to more companys.and it could get worst if you say its a cell no.
tomorrow if they should call again im going to record the whole call. then at the end i say dont call me again and put me on your do not call list one more time .and let them know its been recorded .then i call the company they are selling for and give them a ear full !

Weird. I've had same cell number for 6 years and not one single telemarket call. Hope it never starts.
