How do you get ideas off the ground?

I have a couple good ideas and I don't know what to do with them.

And they are three totally different things.
One software related, one is a ... I dunno, a usable product and the other is child/car safety.

Who would you contact to help develop the idea?

I don't know if they are even possible. I would imagine they would be, but I wouldn't even know where to start.

I have shared the ideas with different people and they think they are good ones. Do I share them with you all and see what happens ?

I don't think I'd share them here, because you don't know who could be reading this. It would suck to lose a good business opportunity due to some unscrupulous person. You could privately e-mail friends or people here that you trust. They might be able to help you with either ideas or possibly even financing.

You've got nothing to lose unless you don't act on any of your ideas. Every business starts with an idea that fills a need.
